In no event shall www.byronbaydetox.com.au, its directors, employees or associates be liable to any person or individual for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of this site, product sold or any of the information available at this site. Any advice is to be used at your own discretion.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
It is our intention to ship orders within 2 working days from receipt of your payment. Orders should reach your door in approximately 10 business days or less.
Dispatch of goods is normally by Australia Post Parcel Post or a private contractor, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. If no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office.
We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery addressee delivered to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipping.
Occasionally the item you purchase may be out of stock. In this case we will place your order on back order and fulfil as soon as the product becomes available. We will attempt to fill all back orders within 30 days.
DAMAGED GOODS/ LOST IN TRANSIT
We will replace any damaged goods on the return of the product. All products must be returned to us within 21 days of date of invoice along with a copy of the proof of purchase.
Occasionally some orders get lost in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible at detox@byronbaydetox.com.au to report any missing orders.
SPLIT ORDER
Some products sold via www.byronbaydetox.com.au are dispatched from different warehouses and will be shipped separately. We endeavor to ship all split orders on the same day, however, some products may arrive at different intervals.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the product for a refund within 21 days of date of invoice. Please email us at detox@byronbaydetox.com.au before returning any goods. We will only accept returned goods that are in original condition and have a copy of the proof of purchase.
After inspection of the goods we will refund the cost of the product to the same payment method used during the original online purchase. Shipping charges, Paypal and Credit Card Charges are non refundable.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
On any sale or acquisition of www.byronbaydetox.com.au or its assets, any consumer information in the possession of www.byronbaydetox.com.au at that time may be transferred to the purchasing or acquiring company.
ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), www.byronbaydetox.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled www.byronbaydetox.com.au shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
APPLICABLE LAW
As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in SYDNEY in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
SECURITY
Byron Bay Detox takes the worry out of online shopping with the use of secure servers and secure socket layers (128-bit SSL) technology for the transfer of credit card information. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on our web site is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
We have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to the data is restricted internally.
Whilst we take care of the confusing jargon at our end, it is still your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.

When you place an order with www.byronbaydetox.com.au we need to collect personal information to accompany the receipt of purchase. This includes your name, mailing address, email address, contact details and credit card information.
Your personal information is password protected and you can view details of your account online at any time via our secure server. Should you wish to update these details, or be removed from the database, you are required to contact us via email detox@byronbaydetox.com.au so that appropriate action can be taken.
The email address you supply to us when you order is used to send through your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. We also send you out an email newsletter with information on special discounts, promotions, updates on new products and exclusive offers that we run from time to time if you wish to subscribe. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.
